Alan Smith,
originally from Woodrow Avenue Saltburn, led a normal life up until age
of 17 when he decided to study for a degree in Physiotherapy which would
ultimately lead to him holding down the prestigious position as England
Football Team Physio. From this position he was lucky enough to see
first hand, experiences others would only dream of during his 98
International ‘Caps’.
A selection of
photos of Alan at our local football Gala Day where he gave up his valuable time
to open the event,
and brought his replica of the World Cup to raise money for the club.
